Reservation & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is needed to secure a spot in one of our upcoming litters. This deposit ensures your place in the selection order. The full remaining balance is due by the time your puppy reaches six weeks of age.

Puppy selection typically happens in person around eight weeks old. If you are unable to pick up your puppy at that time, we may be able to hold them for a short period—but this must be arranged in advance.

If the litter you originally reserved does not have a puppy that suits your preferences, you may transfer your deposit to a future litter (based on availability). If a puppy matching your preferences is available and you choose to pass for personal reasons, you’ll have up to one year to apply your deposit to a different litter.

Please note: while we welcome general preferences, we cannot guarantee specific colors or markings, such as exact mask patterns or coat styles.

Transferring a Reservation

You are allowed to transfer your deposit one time only, and this must be done within three days of the puppies’ birth to allow others a chance to reserve. If we are unable to offer you a puppy within 12 months, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, all deposits remain non-refundable.

Puppy Selection Details

We typically accept 5 to 6 reservations per litter, and we may retain a puppy for our own future breeding program.

Please understand that we do not reserve puppies based on coat color, size, or gender—only by litter. The $500 deposit goes toward the final purchase price and may be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
